If you do not have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer, please download and install it for free from Adobe website.
Blank Registration Forms can also be obtained in person from the Registrar's Office. |

Please remember your unique user name and password and maintain them safeguard at any time.
You will need to indicate your user name in the Registration Form. |

Please complete and sign the Registration Form. |

Do not forget to indicate your amount and method of payment.
If your payment method is credit or debit card, please bring it with you to the Registrar's Office.
If your payment method is Certified Cheque or Bank Draft, please make it payable to Canadian Immigration Training Academy and indicate your full name and course number on it. Please bring your cheque to the Registrar's Office along with your Registration Form.
